Internal call - Forbidden

Hi,
I'm trying to test 3cx with internal calls.
From internal (10) I try to call internal (23) but the server answers "forbidden".

It is the first time I use 3cx but cannot find the problem.
The extentions are connected but seen inactive.

Check the extension options. It is likely that the extension is disabled.
