Internal callback

Hello all,

One of my customes has asked if possible to have a callback once a internal recipient becomes available.

Eg. User A calls User B however User B is busy. User A drops the call and once User B is free User A automatically calls User B.

Regarding your question, there is no such feature I'm afraid, except for the queue call-back option available within queues.

You may want to take a look at our 3CX Auto Call Back tool. It will provide the needed functionality.
