We have migrated a client from a different VoIP system, and are working with their existing IP phone setup.

The current setup features two separate W60B units, each with four user accounts and four individual handsets.
  1. External inbound calls work as expected
  2. External outbound calls work as expected
  3. Calls from Base 1 handsets to Base handsets 2 do not have audio
  4. Calls from Base 2 handsets to Base 1 handsets do not have audio
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Bases need to be on the same LAN to communicate with each other.

Also, if the PBX is remote to the bases, you need an SBC.

Thank you for coming back to me so promptly.

Both bases are on the same LAN segment, and are connected to the same SBC (a Yealink router phone).

Enable PBX Delivers audio on all the DECT extensions and try again. Does it work?

Thank you for this suggestion. We will try it outside of working hours this evening. For now, we have a temporary solution in place.

To confirm, is this setting of 'PBX Delivers Audio' required because of a network issue? Or is it indicative of an issue elsewhere?

This is just a troubleshooting step, we aren't done yet.

By the way what model is this, and what firmware is this specific router phone? I need to know the exact version.
