Internal calls Callback on busy (by pressing a specific dial code)

Hi All,

many traditional PBX have a function that permit a caller to be recalled back automatically by pressing a specific number on the phone keyboard. Can we have this smart function on internal calls in 3CX?

The solution provided is not the one requested, it only concerns transferring calls.

+1. Just got off the phone with a new client asking about this for internal calls; their "old" analog
system had this feature. It would be nice to have an option box to check/select for this scenario on the fly.

Have got this Internal Calls - Call Back feature?
Old PBX system has this, so that finding a extension busy, we can ask for call back.

My boss nearly rejected to buy the 3CX system, because this function is not available. We really need it and quickly. It is a regular complain issue in our weekly meetings with the management.
