Hello,
We have a cloud hosted 3cx system on V18. None of our phones are on the same LAN. We are all remote. I am the only one not able to call other internal extensions (phone to phone) but can call my managers extension because he is using the Windows app. Other users can call each other fine. External calls work fine.

Internal calls will be picked up but I cannot hear anything, and they cannot hear me. I have turned on "PBX Delivers Audio" But this option was not turned on prior to the V18 upgrade (we were V16). No one else has this option turned on.

I have a Yealink T42S on recent FW. We have already re provisioned the phone.
My Home Network has a PFSense router, but nothing on that has changed, and I have not forwarded any ports, since on V16 it was working fine.

  • 3CX Version, Enterprise Annual 10.0.1880
  • Server OS, Debian 10
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Yealink T42S
  • Provisioning Method: Direct SIP (STUN-REMOTE)
  • Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, NA
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

You have to setup the.phones the 3cx support way.

You where lucky it work in the previous version, but people have found it does not always work without setting the phones using 3cx support way

How is it lucky that my phone out of 4 is the only one that doesn't work? haha
I'll check that doc, but my guess is PBX Delivers audio needs set.

Thank you for the help. I am working now with the PBX Delivers Audio. But I am the only one using that option. We only have 9 or so desk phones. I'm not about to change anything else right now though. If others have an issue I will look at the SBC
