Internal calls working. External not

Our Internal calls are working, but if we try to call to our secretary from external, it goes to two messages.

One of the messages is the line is busy

or the line is temporarily unavailable.
Any ideas?

Have you just upgraded to V20?

If so, I had a simular problem. I never fully tracked it down, but two things to try.

1. Re-provision the phone
2. Delete the phone off in users and then re-create and re-provision. That seemed to fix it for me.
