Requesting to develop some options to hide/mask the local I.P which is available on both mobile app and desktop app
The internal IP is visible in the 3cx application which is security threat for most enterprise customers.

What's the difference between "local.mypbx.com" and "10.0.0.5" when "local.mypbx.com" resolves to 10.0.0.5?

How is an IP address a security concern?

Unless these enterprise customers are subscribed to the thought process of "security through obscurity", an IP shouldn't matter. You could publish out to the world "my IP is 192.168.1.2, using a /24, with a default gateway of 192.168.1.1" and it shouldn't change anything from a security standpoint.

Even if IP and FQDN were hidden, it's trivial to look at a state table on the connected device and see "oh look, a connection to x.x.x.x - gee, wonder if that's 3CX"

@SweetAction Not only this, but if there's somebody "in", then really doesn't matter if the PBX' local IP is known or not, the whole environment is already compromised.
