Internal provisioning URL

Where is the internal phone provisioning URL located my 3CX14 SP# system no longer seems to have the option. Under
3CX Management Console under “Settings” > “Phone Provisioning.
It is irritating to go looking for it when 3CX seems to change things around frequently. They should change the links on the web to either include the new locations for your latest software or simply delete them
as an example see

It's under Item #5.
