internal server error 500

when I try to open duty timings from 3cx console error I face internal server error 500, I am attaching the screenshot

Basics like , pbx reboot ? check if PBX date and time is up to date?
Check if all services running?

yes we had restarted the whole entire server as well date/time is fine and all services are running

That's a bit strange, sounds like there is a value that should not be there.
Was anything modified on the system? (parameters / config files)

No nothing, I just restarted the management console service now and I have checked all services are auto started and the issue still the same
I have checked from different browser as well and the issue still the same
Checked from different machine issue still the same

Could it be possible for you to reinstall 3cx from scratch , of course with complete backup done before.
Perhaps something went wrong during install.

Actually reinstalling from scratch will be the last choice, but I doubt it is a bug on the webserver itself that need the developer team to check on that

Do you use Arabic calendar or have set Arabic Locales on server side?

I have checked some option related to that, Windows language is English and Not Arabic
Even I have checked option like time Zone, time format and it doesn't make sense
What do you mean with using Arabic calendar? where this option in windows, all option related to time was set to English US, as well checked English UK
