1) We have a UK office, we need local numbers in each European country. The issue I have is when setting them up with SIP providers they want an emergency services address, but we don't have offices in each European country, so what's a standard practice for this?
2) If I know user "Tom" will be making only calls to and from France, is the correct setup so Tom can dial numbers in a local way (02 46 80 00 00 instead of +33246800000), to go to outbound rules create an outbound rule, set calls from extension to 200 (Tom) and prepend +33? I don't want to interfere with Toms ability to call internal extension numbers but I also don't want him to have to dial +33 at the start of each number.
Edit: Probably have to strip digits one to remove the zero.
