Invalid Option Selected Error when uploading Systemconfig file.

I have installed 3CX on Windows, but I keep getting invalid option selected error when uploading configuration file or when using url.

How can I resolve this issue?

I'm getting this with a config file at the moment. I've never encountered this before.

Hi,

the installation file is an XML file (readable text).
It sounds like there is some new or just old option in the XML ???

Where did you get the link, is this new created link, like created today?
Or is this link older than lets say 24 hours, or have you already used it once and try again with new instalation ?

I am just wondering what would have changed in the XML.
Could it be with 3CX update, like version related xml file ?
What can you tell us about details like this

I'm not using the link, I'm downloading the config file that 3CX provides when setting up a new 3CX server. (Through the portal).

Troubleshooting with 3CX support has identified that DigitalOcean cannot reach the 3CX activation server. Doing a PING from my instance resolves the IP address, however there is no response from 3CX.

Pending update from support still.

So all 3CX servers on DigitalOcean are affected by this problem?
Meaning 'cannot reach the 3CX activation server' will have an affect on ALL 3CX servers at DigitalOcean that will renew update or setup a license.
Not just this new install thing.
Thats does sounds like a big deal to me.

I couldn't tell you if it's all, I can just confirm it's the two out of the 200+ servers I have. One that's been running for weeks and one that i'm trying to spin up.

I've also opened a ticket with Digital Ocean to be safe.
