iOS app crashes at webmeeting login

Hi,
i try to connect to a webmeeting with iPhone 6 iOS 10.2 and Webmeetingapp 9.2.1.1.
When i click on the iOS link in the email the Webmeetingapp starts and crashes at the login page ("Authenticating").
I've used different systems and only the iOS app don't work.

iPhone 6 iOS 10.2 and Webmeetingapp 9.2.1.1 = crashes (mobile data and wifi)
iPhone 6s iOS 10.2 and Webmeetingapp 9.2.1.1 = crashes (mobile data and wifi)
iPad mini iOS 9.x and Webmeetingapp 9.2.1.1 = crashes (wifi)

Windows 7 with Chrome = works (mobile data and wifi)
Windows 10 with Chrome = works (mobile data and wifi)
Galaxy 6s with Android 6.0.1 Webmeetingapp 9.2.0.5 = works (mobile data and wifi)
Oneplus 3T Webmeetingapp 9.2.0.5 = works (mobile data and wifi)

We've managed to reproduce this issue in-house and will be fixing this for the next release of our iOS Client.
You can expect the new update sometime next month.

No updates. Still not working.

Webmeeting worked a few times on Iphone 7. However now it crashes each time when joining a meeting.
3G/4G or Wifi does not help. Also a removal and reinstall on IOS does not help. Version: 9.2.1.1

Installed server version:

15.5.1694.0 (Debian VM)

Our Webmeeting team is aware of the current issue and it will req. and update of the iOS client. The team is working on it.
