I know this won't be the root issue for everyone, but I wanted to post here to say I found my issue. Norton Mobile Security had a VPN that was automatically connecting that killed the connection between the 3cx app and my 3cx server. I have no idea why Norton's VPN doesn't like my server, but at least I now have a solution for this user.

As an update to our issue with iOS phones not working it had nothing to do with anything at Telin Systems. If you took anything from it other then frustration I apologize. Telin Systems has been a great partner to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking for a partner in the voip space.

@Jeff Harlan Thanks for the heads up. I would like to apologize too - was a stressfull day for all involved! Glad its all working now. We will be updating our documentation better and learn from this case.

My iPhone has updated the 3CX app to the latest version and all of my staff using iPhones are having the same issue since the upgrade. When we are in our office connected to Wifi, the keypad screen cannot connect to the 3CX server and flips between "Ready for Calls" and "Connecting". If we turn Wifi off and use our LTE connection, the issue goes away. If we reconnect Wifi after a successful connection to the LTE network, the Wifi connection issue will not return as long as the phone doesn't lock itself. If the screen locks, the issue will return when it is unlocked and the 3CX app is opened. There are no issues when using our home Wifi networks...just our office so we believe the issue lies with our network settings within the office, but our IT firm is having trouble isolating the issue so I'm hoping someone here might be able to provide assistance on where to start looking for the problem.

3CX app version for iOS: 16.1.1.323
iPhone iOS: 13.5.1
PBX: 16.0.619

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and let me know if there is any further information required. Thanks in advance!!

If your office WiFi has seamless roaming, see if the event you specify coincides with the Iphone switching from one network to another.
