IP address of Windows SBC showing up as 169.254.x.x in phones

As above, I installed the Windows SBC and plugged in a Yealink phone. The Phone shows up with the correct private IP address (192.168.128.x) but it says via SBC 169.254.x.x.

It does seem to have pulled its configuration but I can't seem to make calls, internal or external, I assume the 169 address is incorrect? The IP on the network card where the Windows SBC is installed is 192.168.128.4 (same subnet as the phone).

Any ideas?

Have attached an image of how it shows up under phones, also noticed the port for the phone is showing 5059 :S

sorted, disable bluetooth adapter in network connections.
