IP blacklist and whitelist editing with Startup Pro

I currently have the free version of 3cx Startup. If I purchase 3cx Startup Pro am I able to edit the IP blacklists and whitelists that I am encountering? I am finding that my IP addresses are being blocked frequently due to older firmware and misconfiguration settings as I setup my phones.

Updating the firmware first is ideal, before adding the phone. FWIW that didn't used to be an issue in my experience, I think it's more of an issue with the "router phone" concept and associated firmware.
