IP Blacklist - Failed authentication

Hi there,

For a little while I have noticed that people are trying to access our 3cx. Yesterday there were 2 IP addresses blocked from Vietnam and today I've seen 3 more.
Yesterday I have changed the number of attempts from 25 to 5.
Is there anything else we should be doing?
What exactly does it mean when 3cx blocked IP addresses? Are they all hackers?

IP's get blocked when there are too many failed registration/log in attempts.
Mostly these are people trying to get into the system to commint phone fraud by dialing expensive numbers from your system.

On the 3cx website somewhere should be a blogpost about what advised security settings are named "Dont be that guy" i beleive.
