Solved IP Blacklist Timer

By default I am seeing a 24 hour blacklist on IPs, but is there a way to specify a permanent ban unless I manually allow them?

Hi!

There is not an option for a "permanent" blacklisting, but if you go into your 3CX Management Console to Security --> Anti-Hacking node, there you can set the "Blacklist Time interval" to "999999999" (9 nines).
This is just over 31 years, so I think we can consider this "permanent".
