Over the last week I have been having 3-4 phone extensions that have become IP Blacklisted multiple times during day. I am not sure why it is happening but it is. I have selected allow on several different IP address Range and the issue still occurs.

Any idea how to permanently correct this?

Hi @treboR,

What is the reason that the blacklist is happening? What does the blacklist tell you? Is this happening for ALL your phones in the office or only a few?

I find this on, cell phones that connect to wifi, sip phones on vpn connections with poor internet, or the most common underlying network issue. (microwave pugged into same outlet as poe switch) etc.

Hi @treboR,

That's a little small, can you attach a large picture or print the Description?

Have you tried whitelisting your (entire) local LAN? Unless you suspect someone internally, of hack attempts, it would prevent any local devices from becoming blacklisted. I found I had to do that several years ago as some ATAs, for no apparent reason began to get blacklisted, repeatedly.

I have not tried that as of yet.
This only started when I moved most of the agents to softphones
