Dear friends,
We host our instances of 3CX on VPS provided by OVH.
All the VPS have IPv4 and IPv6 and both IP addresses show up in all of our instances on the 3CX dashboard apart from one.
I have tried clicking the " Automatically Bind to IPv6 Adapters. Requires SIP service restart." check box and this doesnt appear to do anything.
I have spoken to OVH who say it is a 3CX software issue, but I dont understand how it can be as all the other instances we have with OVH show both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
The issue has come about as we tried to connect a customer who is on EE but were unsuccessful. EE have said that 3CX should work with their internet if the instance has an IPv6 address.
The instance in question is all up to date and running the latest version: v18.0 (Build 418)
Does anyone know why the IPv6 address does not show up on the dashboard?
Has anyone experience of connecting to 3CX via EE?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
