Is anyone using a Polycom Trio 8500/8800 with 3CX?

We are looking at a Polycom Trio 8500 or 8800 to be used with 3CX and with Microsoft Teams simultaneously. I know it's not on the list of supported phones and 3CX won't be able to provision it, so it would have to be manually provisioned. It is supposed to support hybrid line registration which allows it to be provisioned in Teams and Open SIP. I'm not exactly sure what Open SIP is, but I would assume that the phone could be configured to the 3CX PBX. Thoughts?

Yes we have one on one of our sites, end customer bought one without knowing that they are un-supported: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Manual setup is the only way to get this working but beware of a degraded feature set due to the unsupported status.
