Is it possible that calls in a queue can be dropped when statistics reset?

I've just had a call from one of my customers stating all their calls in a specific queue dropped at the same time.

This is the same time the queue statistics are set to reset, its the second time they've lost all calls in a queue at the same time but initially thought nothing of it.

Did all calls drop regardless of whether they were being serviced or waiting in the Call Queue?

This is strange, I did try to replicate this but to no avail. Is this something you can replicate at will?

I'd recommend maybe generating a Call Report too to make absolutely sure that this is happening exactly at the same time with to-the-second accuracy as it may very well end up being merely a coincidence.

Hi Chris,

is this the report you're referring to or is there a more details report that will tell me the time of disconnect?

I'm assuming the QCB calls are numbers below them?

I'll have to see If i can replicate it.

I did mean that one but I was hoping we could compare the ringing time to the time the call came in. In any case, the entries in the event log you posted are much more clear.

Do you happen to have anything else happing on this PBX at 8 o' clock? For instance, out of office hours being triggered and extensions autoswitching to DND and hence logging out of queues or anything else?

It might be a good idea to shift the Scheduled Reset time to let's say 20 minutes ahead and see if the problem shifts with it.

No, nothing like that.

There is no times set up on this system its 24/7

I've asked staff to monitor the wallboard to see if this happens at 8am again.

System is purely for 3CX.

Is there any chance you can configure the Scheduled statistics reset to trigger before or after 8?

This will at least allow us to eliminate the possibility of it actually being related to the statistics reset. Provided of course the problem always happens approximately at 8 o' clock.
