Is it possible to add button into Chat and its call URL with parameters

Hello,

I want to add button on all chats. when agents click on that button I want to send that customer's firstname, lastname, phone number and chat to my middleware server. My middleware server would receive those parameters under ipaddress.

I mean when someone click on button it has to call http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/api/post/create.php URL with those 4 dynamic parameters. that all i want. Is there any idea?. I am thinking about if i create CRM template is it possible to call that IP address with those parameters?.

My mean goal is I want to create Leads on Netsuite. I have middleware server which has Netsuite API calls to create Leads on Netsuite. Only one thing is i have to pass those 4 fields into my middleware.

First of, the CRM integration only works for calls (at the moment). Chats are only kept on the PBX. No API available.

There's also no way to do what you need using 3CX.
