We are running version 12 with Sugarcrm integration module. The system works great however we want to edit/change some of the fields that show in the popup window of the 3CX CRM popup screen. Is this possible to edit? if so is there directions on how to do this? Also and most important is that we want to change the link of "create a new contact record" to create a new LEAD record. We use leads more than contacts and would rather create a lead than a contact.
