is it possible to run multiple accounts at the same time

HI there, I have installed the latest version and installed it on the latest HTC Widlfire S and have setup 4 phone numbers. I noticed that when I have one of the phone numbers set as default that I can not call the other numbers, it seems that it will only allow me to actively use one phone number to receive calls.

I notice that there are many settings but dont understand what they are all for.

Is it possible to have it so that the 4 numbers can receive calls, im happy to call out from one default number.
