Is it possible to use wildcard *.domain.com on live chat configs?

We would like to add the 3cx live chat to our Software application for support purposes, the application though uses different subdomain for each client and adding each subdomain on the config list will be long and cumbersome.

In above link from 3 years ago it had been indicated it will be added to the roadmap, I wonder if it was ever considered?

You can just add the Talk link for your queue into your application with a button and it would achieve the same thing.

So that means when someone clicks on the button the link opens the chat window on a different browser tab?
