Environment: SMB Free, 4 simultaneous calls, hosted by 3CX. DNS result: IPv4 104.248.125.14, no IPv6 result. Test result: curl -4 -v --connect-timeout 10 https://redacted.3cx.cloud/ returns connect... port 443... Connection refused after 69 ms. Still unknown: whether the refusal is caused by hosted-side filtering, the instance access path, or an upstream route shared by the affected networks. I can connect to my instance from cellular, but not from home or from work.
