System:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Terminal Server
Office 2013
3CX Plugins Installed - No TAPI because of TS
New 3CX V16 Standard Installation
On this System was Netphone / Swyx Software with Outlook Add-In installed before.
The Transfer from Numbers of a Contact to the 3CX Windows Client works fine,
if there ist no "+" leading.
004930-12345678 works great and 030-12345678 also
But +493012345678 is transferred as 493012345678 (the '+' is stripped of)
For all Users on the Terminal Server, who were using Netphone/Swyx before, this behaviour occurs.
With the administrator account, who has not used Netphone/Swyx, the +493012345678 is transferred
correct to the 3CX Client! => +493012345678
ClicktoCall (with Chrome) works for all Users correct (with '+' transferring to the Client)
Only transferring from Outlook Contact make this problem.
I have deinstalled Netphone/Swyx, cleared the registry, look in the registry for any options, but found nothing.
Because of this behaviour, it should be an user-based option. But not for 3CX in general (I compare every setting -> all equal) just for the Outlook Add-In. But I have not found any settings, that could change this behaviour.
Does anyone have an idea, which magic word I have to say, so that from any user on the terminal server the '+' is transferred from the Outlook Contact to the 3CX Windows Client correctly?
Thanks in advanced
