Hi everbody!
Hope someone can help me. Is the DECT-SIP-System Panasonic KX-TGP600 compatible with 3CX-PBX and can it be provisioned automatically? If yes, how should it work? If no, can anybody give help? Of course, I have already done some research, but only found instructions from the much older predecessor that (seemingly) no longer work.

Hi Rainer,

There is no guarantee you can get it to work since this model is not supported, and you may have to consider getting a supported device instead. But if this is a SIP device, you can try to do it manually.

You need the extension number, auth id and password of an extension you wish to register as well as the IP and SIP port of your PBX

Then you need to find the correct place to insert those values in the Panasonic. If it registers, then you should at least have some basic functionality of making calls.

You can monitor the 3CX logs (in verbose mode) to see why the registration fails and through trial and error get the device to register.

Since that model is not listed on the 3CX supported devices, you can not provision automatically. However, it works if configured manually. I have tested it with Asterisk , MiniSIP sever and a few others. Try to have a look at the attached file.

I can also confirm it works, manually provisioned, using STUN, extensions on multiple 3CX installs.
