Solved Is the 60 "max user" limit for 3cx hosting a hard limit or a guideline?

We have a 24 sim call Enterprise license and were thinking about moving our hosting to 3CX. I noticed on the "Hosted Info" page on the 3CX site that the VM that comes with that license lists 60 users max. Is that some kind of arbitrary hard limit or just a guideline? We have 75 phones but it is a very low volume warehouse/office environment where a 24 sim call license has suited us well.

Hi,

it is not a hard limit in terms of not allowing more extensions to be created then 60.
However, the instance specs are designed to host 60 users which use all functionalities of the PBX.
WebClient, SBCs, BLFs etc. IF your volume is lower then you would expect form 60 "general" users.
