Is there is a limit to the number of bill records that can be stored in call costs? If not, would having e.g. the full Twilio 29,747 records have a performance impact?

Hi @paulsummers,

Do you mean you want to populate a Call Cost Report with the 29,747 calls?

I want to import an XML cost file with 29,747 records.

We call the majority of the 195 countries in the world and put out over 400k call / year across 60+ different projects. We're trying to get a more accurate picture of per project call costs, hence wanting to import all advertised Twilio termination costs.

Hi @paulsummers,

There is no hard limit as to what can be stored in the call costs, if that helps.

OK thanks. Also, does the 'Name' field have to be in the format e.g. BILL_0008 or can this be any unique identifier?

OK seems as long as the name field is unique then all fine. However, imported my 27k records, all seem to be there, but now seeing a duplicate 'default' entry and on save get an error 'Duplicate prefix 'default' - I don't have 'Default' in my imported data. I'm unable to clean-up the data or clear the error.

Hi @paulsummers,

You're going to have to restore a backup from prior to the import. You'll need to check your file for default and make sure it's not in the call cost prior to import and then import again.

No file to edit via terminal?

Just restored a backup from pre call cost import ... and all items + the duplicate 'default' rates are still there. There is no 'default' in my import file...

I think there is definitely a bug here somewhere and I think it's caused somehow by the cleanup button.

I've now got two items with no delete option:

The country name 'ABC' thinks it has a 'default' prefix.

<TenantProperty>
<name>BILL_1</name>
<description></description>
<type>String</type>
<value n="ABC" p="005555555" r="1.0" />
</TenantProperty>

If I try and save this, I get an error 'Duplicate prefix 0043' (which there isn't).

When I try and 'Cleanup' I get an error:
An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 0

This issue only started after I successfully ran an import (with 27000 cost records) then tried to 'Cleanup'.
