We only get this disconnect (hang up) sound only from the windows store 3CX app.

from our yealink phone we don't hear the hang up tone.

When the SIP device you are using receives the message that the call has ended, then it will do (play), what it is programmed to.
If that can be changed, then it will be an option on each device.
