Is there a way to choose which ext show in "Extensions Up" dashboard?

Because some of the desired features need to use "dummy" extensions, is there a way to not have the dashboard count those extension in the "Extensions Up"?

For example if I have 2 "dummy" extensions that phones will never use to register out of 10 extensions. Then I'd like the "Extensions Up" to show 8/8 extensions rather than 8/10 since 2 of those will never be "up".

We will not have this. 3CX has no idea of an extension is a "dummy" or not.

You will need to use "Extension Groups" and then modify those group rights to display to "all company".

I've done this in a few use cases- primarily for hiding phone activity of Executive and HR staff from general viewing.

Play around with adding your "dummy extensions" to their own extension group and then set the group rights to not show their activity or presence.
