Is there a way to modify the order and what is viewed on the left side of the client?

A client of mine is asking if he can remove the ellipses by having all shortcuts show down the left side of the client.





On MY instance of the 3CX windows desktop client, I see more things right off the bat.

Also not sure if we can reorder the list, but if we can, how would we do that?

First of, they need to update their app (probably PBX too) for the contacts icon to appear there.

And secondly, no we cannot edit the menu.
