Is there anyway to have a inbound caller directly reach an extension?

For example, could someone call 555-555-5555#123 to reach extension 123?

Alternatively, is there a way to modify the digital receptionist to use three digits instead of one?

Thank in advance.

Within the digital receptionist, by default callers can enter a valid extension and get routed to that extension.

To test, when you connect the the Digital receptionist , dial an extension number

Users will not get any voice prompt about this, unless you record the message yourself

You might also consider subscribing to a DID service from your SIP provider. Calls could then route direct to an extension based on the PSTN number dialled. 555-555-5123 could route to extension 123
