Hi all,

We are currently in the process of migrating our systems from Digital ocean to Hetzner.
I have successfully migrated several systems by spinning up VM's with V20 installed then using a backup from the V18 system from Digital ocean to complete the install.

This has been working fine until now, when I attempt to configure my installation by restoring from a backup the process begins but I receive the error "Session expired your session is expired. You need to regenerate the certificates"

I'm unsure how to proceed any assistance would be appreciated.

This seems that there is connection drop upon activation or a network disconnection while trying to generate the certificates.
Maybe you can make another attempt or check the connectivity during the process.

Issue seems to only occur when creating a server in Helsinki.
I have created two new servers in Nuremberg and successfully completed migrations.
Wish I could provide an explanation for this :(

Maybe there is restriction there from the ISP as well.

Restart the restore process from your backup and watch carefully for any error messages. Sometimes the session expired error can be caused by another issue. If you are sure that the problem is indeed due to expired certificates, try generating new certificates before restoring from a backup. This can be done using the 3CX Certificates Tool.

I would also suggest to create a support ticket so we can advice further if required.

Was this issue resolved? I'm getting the same error on the Nuremberg Server using the same process on Hetzner.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to determine the cause of the issue, but it seems to be intermittent.
I also received the error when migrating another client to Nuremberg but then the issue stopped occurring with Helsinki.

This has to be checked from the cloud provider as well.

We've noticed exactly the same behaviour. However, try to delete the created instance and recreate it. That should do the trick.
