Problem Description:
We are currently using V20 with a setup consisting of three DECT phones on a W70B and a T54W desk phone for our client. Typically, everything operates smoothly. However, we've encountered an issue where if one of the DECT phones is in use and a call comes in on the RG (Ring Group), only the T54W desk phone rings, and it does so at a very low volume. The other DECT phones assigned to the RG do not ring. Although there are no visible errors in the log, I am willing to provide any relevant information if needed.

Additional Information:
The RG functions properly under normal circumstances, and if none of the DECT phones are in use, incoming calls proceed as expected. However, the problem arises only when one of the DECT phones is in use, and another call attempts to come through.

Any ideas?

Do each of the DECT phones have a different extension number or are all phones using the same ext number?

Each DECT is on a different extension and can call each other by their extension

My next steps would be a packet capture on the PBX and see if invites are going out to the phones not in calls. If they are not, it's a 3CX problem. If they are, we need to look at logs on the W70B

Make sure the number assignment looks like my example:

How are the phones provisioned. Is the t54w the sbc for itself and the dect? Are you using stun?
