Problem Description:
We are currently using V20 with a setup consisting of three DECT phones on a W70B and a T54W desk phone for our client. Typically, everything operates smoothly. However, we've encountered an issue where if one of the DECT phones is in use and a call comes in on the RG (Ring Group), only the T54W desk phone rings, and it does so at a very low volume. The other DECT phones assigned to the RG do not ring. Although there are no visible errors in the log, I am willing to provide any relevant information if needed.
Additional Information:
The RG functions properly under normal circumstances, and if none of the DECT phones are in use, incoming calls proceed as expected. However, the problem arises only when one of the DECT phones is in use, and another call attempts to come through.
Any ideas?
