Issue with Facebook Messages in 3CX

We have noticed an intermittent issue with the Facebook channel in 3CX: some messages are not delivered from time to time. There is no clear error, but the behavior is inconsistent.
Could you please check this problem and advise on how to resolve it?

Does this occur only to messages that are old and have not been answered and an agent tries to answer them back after a few days ?
-> this issue appeared for some users
-> this issue appeared for some users.
-> The 3CX agent reply the facebook user instantly and the same problem

Cant say i've had this issue before. Have you tried removing the re-adding the integration?
