We are having issues with a local SIP trunk that we have set up, the provider has a SBC on their end which we access via a router that they install in our data rack, and then we route traffic to their SBC via the router.
However, when trying to call in to the system the call gets registered but then trown away, and we cant figure out where to change this in v20 (v18 was much clearer in terms of admin management), so i would need some more experinced eyes on this problem.
Here is the call log that comes to our system, please tell me where i need to make changes for this to work.

I replaced all sensitive information with some random sting of numbers and letters, hope that the log is understandable anyway.
