issue with outgoing calls to dinstar fxo

hello im having issue with making outgoing calls from 3cx to dinstar DAG1000.however incoming calls are working fine

and the routing ip/tel is well set.

any help please.

What sort of errors are you getting in the Activity Log?

no error seems like 3cx send paket to gateway normally and even by wireshark the gateway receive it but somehow it doesnt forward it to analog port

How did you provision given it is unsupported? I see that the manufacturer has provided some setup videos for using the device with 3CX. Have you reviewed that?

Hai, I used the Manufacture provided video. its working fine incoming and outgoing.
