Issue with overflow from multiple ring group

Hi there,
Have a client who has configured 4 ring groups within 3CX system(V18) and using to overflow calls that is destination if the call is not answered.
However the overflow goes from Ring group 1 to ring group 2 then it supposed to go to ring group 3 but it drops at ring group 2.
Have checked all the configuration and all looks good. any help would be really appreciated.

Look at the activity log, to see what is happening to the callflow.

There was an issue with trunk carrier level causing the issue, all good working now.
