Issue with phones not showing in "Phones" section of v15 Debian

We are having an issue where some phones populate the "Phones" section of version 15 of 3CX on Debian and then new phones will not show up. We get 2-4 phones to show and then no more after that. Is this a known issue?

Please note that not all phones can broadcast PnP multicast so they appear under the phones section. And for the phones to broadcast they need to be in a factory default state. What phones are you using and are the phones reset to factory defaults?
