We are on Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)
We just added a site in Puerto Rico and setup a department for them using the time zone labeled "-5:00 Colombia, Peru, Panama, Puerto Rico (without DST)".
Puerto Rico does not follow Day Light Savings, so right now Puerto Rico has the same time as New York. Outside of Day Light Savings, Puerto Rico is -4 UTC (an hour ahead of New York).
We had the Puerto Rico office hours set for 7AM - 5PM but the office hours did not kick in until 8AM local time. It seems like the Puerto Rico time zone in 3CX is currently behaving like it's -4 UTC even though it should be -5 UTC.
I tested this by making a temp department. It was 9:30 AM local time and I set this department to the Puerto Rico time zone with 9AM to 5 PM office hours. I placed a test call and it went to the after hours. I changed the test department to the Eastern Time zone and placed a test call, and it went through as expected.
Does anyone else have this issue?
