Issue with recording Holiday Greeting

We recently updated to version 16. Ever since the update I have not been able to update or record a new holiday greeting. When I click on either edit or add - I fill in the the appropriate info but when I go to hit OK - it is greyed out and won't allow me to do it. How can I get this to allow me to update or add a greeting?

Firstly, you should use Chrome to run the management console. The other browsers are not guaranteed to work.

Then, please note that when uploading files they need to be in the correct audio format:

Format: WAV
Channel: Mono
Bit rate: 8 kHz
Sample: 16 bit

Not sure what the old format wav file is other than looks like .wav - but it won't even let me create a new one - with a new name

Is the file really a WAV? Or maybe corrupted or with wrong formats?

You people are awesome - I was using internet explorer - and tried in Crome and it now works! Thank you thank you!!!!!

You're welcome! I would recommend using Chrome for both the management console and the Webclient.

This is a fully supported browser.
