I was advised by support to do a reinstall and restore of my instance, the upgrade did not work because of a phonesystem permissions issue.

Anyhow, i did what support has suggest, i'm in a Hyper-V enviornment.

Everything seems to be working, but in the login page in Hyper-V

This is running all the time, and the number just keeps ticking up on the left.

Any help would be appreciated?

Have you used the 3CX ISO to re-install?

This seems to be related with the network interface on the HyperV which is not related with our installation.
Try using another HV platform as this is related with the OS.

I don't have another HV platform, this Hypervisor runs 4 seperate instances, i just noticed the other one which was able to upgrade from debian 10 to 12 via the portal, is having the same issue, i will hold off on upgrading the other 2.

Please also check our installation guideline for the supported VM platforms and versions that are capable of running Debian12:

Yes we meet all those requirements, i will try to run a test tomorrow on another hypervisor, on a different network

Let us know the outcome.

It Works with Hyper V Manager 10, no issues..

This is isolated to the HyperV. Which is the version of the HyperV that is failing?

It was Hyper-V 6.3 - Windows Server 2012 R2. We are still running a few pbx's on this, it just has come to my attention, that there are non stop messages going like that in the management tool from Hyper-V, so you won't be able to log in.

But other then that, the pbx's are working fine, one's been up for 40 Days.

Have you tried using the legacy network adapter if using gen 2?

Using all Gen 1, the guide from 3cx said not to use gen 2 Vm's, i'm assuming it's the hyper-v Manager issue, as in server 2019, Hyper V Manager 10, not expericing the same issues.

Windows server 2012 is not supported and perhaps the HyperV is missing updates that will allow the Debian12 installation.
