Issues Installing 3cx on MiniPC

I'm trying to install on a new qotom mini pc. Latest version, using rufus and the official 3cx iso. The install keeps locking up at 12% "Installed Discover AMD64". Anyone have suggestions???

I've tried messing with bios options, no affect. It should be noted, that even just installing a straight up Debian iso (non 3cx), it locks up at the same portion of the install.

Sounds like a Debian issue. I'd try their forums or the manufacturer support. Could be something like Legacy vs UEFI BIOS mode.
