Issues whith microphone

Hello

We are having issues with a user, it is a brand new OS Windows 11 Enterprise and 3CX version 15.5.12227.5

The issue is that everytime he tries to change the default microphone the app crashes, we have reinstalled several time and we still have the same issue.

Not sure what else can we try

Hello,
You can try to put it on windows 10 and tell me if you have the same problem.
You should upgrade your 3cx on version 18.0.5.418.

I have Windows 11 on my laptop and in my case is working fine. Same 3cx version

Is the Windows Desktop App supported on Windows 11? We are planning to upgrade our computers soon.

Per this comment it is not. Kind of surprising since it's been out a year already, and Microsoft prompts people to upgrade, especially for PCs running 10 Home. That said, I haven't had an issue with 11 which I installed on a new PC this past spring, so maybe behavior varies with sound drivers or something else.
