My live chat is not notifying us about calls so it causing loss revenue and business and the system not working right. When someone puts a call in I go to the app and it not notify me when call comes through and this same for the other staff members as well someone calls and they not get notified and goes to voice mail even though we are online and available. Any help would be great as system becoming unreliable for our work place and if we bot hear notification even though they are on and after second call it will come through.
