Hi, i am having issues with livechat working on my site.
i installed the plugin for wordpress, configured the settings, user etc.
the icon comes up on the website, however issues which i am having and cant seem to work around are
during the configuration process i selected that i need a customer name and email address under what visitor information do you want to capture,
even though it is selected i am not prompted when i go to my website which is totaldatarecall.com.au, i have tried this from several computers.

the other issue i am having is that when the office is closed i would like customer sot still be able to leave me a message, on my current tawkto chat, customers can fill out a small form and i will get that as an email. ( tawkto works very well but i want a more streamlined process where i can convert a chat to a call)
with 3cx chat i ensured i was logged out of my browser session and also ensured i was logged off my mobile app completely, hoping it would prompt a small conversation with the customer like i read about and then send me contact details etc,
am i missing something in how this is meant to work?
ideally when i am offline it would be able for customers to still be able to fill out a form that i don't loose that lead, or if they try and initiate a call and i am not answering i dont lose the lead.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
for my setup for wordpress i have used the latest plugin, i also tried one of the older version 9. plugin with same results

thank you

Please note that the 3CX live chat on totaldatarecall.com.au is working okay, requesting visitor name and email as shown in the image below. It's possible you've logged into the systems you tried it with as website admin previously.

thank you, i got it working by doing a downgrade to v9.4,

my only other question are

after i complete a chat, i select deal with and i can see it is now archived.

is there a way for me to email this chat to an email address for records? or does it live within the 3cx webclient? while it is not the end of the world, i am trying to get everything into one place for simplicity, often a customer will provide info in a chat screen that i would normally just copy and paste in my email, i can simply copy and paste from the webclient but i would prefer it all to be in once place.

i still cant find any way to have like a form for after hours, with my old chat software, if i was not available the customer would be able to submit a form with their details and inquiry , this would come to my email box and i could reply.

with 3cx is there a way to do something similar, i found an article that talks about a chat bot when the the agents are offline that would allow a more uptodate form of communication instead of a form but cant get this to work?
is this due to the fact i am using version 9.4 as my wordpress plugin?
i know there are issues with the newer version so have disables auto updates, i do get inquiries overnight so it would be good to be able to capture those via some sort of chatbot / form etc

thank you
Ari
