Today I started getting calls that our primary auto attendant was down. I found out the recorded greetings was gone. I investigated further and all the user mailbox greetings are gone as well. We have not touched the system and if anything have been getting our public IP Changed emails last night. Was told was due to some issues on the 3CX hosted side of the house. How do we get our recorded greetings back? I would hate to have to ask everyone to record their greetings again. We are hosted and on v18 still.
