IVR is not starting after update to Debian 10 Alpha 18

Hi,

I just upgraded to Version 18 Alpha (Includes OS upgrade from Debian 9 to 10) , Update took forever , after 2 hours, i had to reboot the system and i can login to management console, but 3CX PhoneSystem 01 IVR Server remain stopped. I tried to restart and no luck. The only way is to re install the ISO Debian 9 and restore backup from previous Debian 10.. previous installation was Debian 9 then updated to Alpha V18 to Debian 10 without no issues. I decided to wipe 3CX completely and re-install from Debian9 ISO, and restore backup without issues. Then Issues comes when updating again from Debian 8 V18 Alpha. Can someone help?

When you say you tried to restart the IVR Server, what steps did you follow to restart it?

Hi Vasilis, Thanks for your response, i restarted it in management console service and also via 3CXStarServices command.

If no luck, i will need to doanload 3cx debian 10 ISO 10.7.0.

Is there a fix for my issue?
